Key Responsibilities:
1. Creative Strategy & Vision:
• Develop and execute creative strategies that align with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Lead creative brainstorming sessions and concept development for campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, events).
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets (logos, typography, color palettes, imagery).
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines.
2. Content Creation & Strategy:
• KOC Video Content:
◦ Develop creative concepts and scripts for KOC videos.
◦ Collaborate with KOCs to ensure effective execution of video campaigns.
◦ Monitor and analyze the performance of KOC videos.
• Social Media Content:
◦ Create engaging and visually appealing social media content (images, videos, GIFs,stories) across all relevant platforms.
◦ Develop and execute social media campaigns, including influencer marketing and paid social media advertising.
◦ Monitor and analyze social media performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Brand Image & Content:
◦ Develop and maintain a strong brand image across all touchpoints.
◦ Create and manage high-quality content for various channels, including website, blog,
email, and marketing materials.
3. Campaign Development:
• Launch Concepts: Develop innovative and engaging launch concepts for new products and services.
• Campaign Planning: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Project Management: Oversee the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
4. Team Leadership & Management:
• Lead and mentor a team of creative professionals (designers, videographers, etc.).
• Provide creative direction and guidance to the team.
• Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
5. Industry Trends:
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in design, advertising, marketing, and social media.
• Continuously explore and implement new creative approaches and technologies.
Yêu cầu công việc
• 5+ years of experience in a creative role, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of creative work.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and project management tools.
• Strong understanding of brand building and marketing principles.
• Passion for creativity and a strong desire to push creative boundaries.
