Mô tả công việc
- Maintain and oversee customer profile records, update contact information, purchase history, and related transactions.
- Assist the sales team with order placements, drafting business contracts, managing files, and documentation.
- Support product registration and customs declaration procedures.
- Prepare documents, statistical reports, and summarize sales figures, report on sales performance.
- Set up, monitor, and process orders.
- Update and report on sales figures and promotional programs.
- Manage customer service orders and vouchers.
- Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
- Work Location: Lot 01, 2nd Floor, Building No. A01, Lot 3G-9, Road No. 14, Long Hau 3 Industrial Park (Stage 1), Hamlet 3, Long Hau Ward, Can Giuoc District, Long An.
Yêu cầu công việc
- College or university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or other related fields.
- At least one year of experience in a similar role.
- Preferably knowledgeable in tracking, managing, and coordinating sales activities for B2B/B2C companies in the FMCG or confectionery sector.
- Familiar with SAGE systems or similar data management software.
- Proficient in office software. Skilled in sales data analysis.
- Open, be honest, be careful, and responsible.
- Education level: College
- Age: 22 - 30
Quyền lợi
- Salary: 10-12 Million VND
- Social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance; 12 days of annual leave as per legal requirements.
- Additional benefits: Depending on the company's annual performance.
- Working Hours: Company will lay out hours of work from time to time.
- Delivery & Sales: Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Admin & Store: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM).

In 2020, YLF has further expanded its scope to toys, allowing us to put forth an even greater variety of products.
