Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention;
Explore and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales & profit targets;
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Understand market and competitive landscape, conduct competitor analysis to formulate the right sales strategies;
Responsible for pricing negotiation with customers and also meet company's margin expectation;
Collaborate with different departments to meet customer needs;
Assist in any ad-hoc projects when assigned.

Diploma / Degree holder, preferably in sales and marketing or printing-related disciplines;
Minimum of 2-3 years of sales work experience; printing and packaging will be an advantage;
Good command of spoken and written English
Sales-driven personality, independent, analytical and results-oriented
Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
