Mô tả công việc
- Develop and expand the driver partner recruitment market in assigned areas
- Develop driver training content and documents based on the needs at each time
- Implement training activities: Provide online driver training instructions (via application or social networking platform), direct driver training and tasks related to the scope of work (SoW)
- Monitor and evaluate team performance: Monitor work efficiency and make necessary adjustments to improve the team's work
- Report results: Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly work reports for each market
- Coordinate with internal departments to implement common tasks (market information on social networks, competitor information, driver engagement programs, etc.)
- Complete sales KPIs and develop the team
Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 2-3 years’experience in the same field, especially in the ride-hailing/merchant..
- Has the experience in managing an area and team by territory management process
- Has the experience in managing the team/sales team (include sales agents)
- Strategic thinking, negotiation skill, problem-solving and decision making
- Proactive attitude and the ability to multi-task
- Willing to be relocated anywhere
