Mô tả công việc
- Supervise Treatment Operator team and ensures smooth operation of controlled atmosphere system.
- Manage all activities of maintenance work, planning preventive maintenance and services.
- Supervise, train, and provide direction to maintenance personnel.
- Generate work orders, track progress and follow up as needed.
- Order and source parts as needed for the completion of maintenance tasks.
- Work with Project Leader and Technician to ensure the facility and equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
- Be responsible for troubleshooting and technical helpdesk.
- Provide consulting services and repair to customers.
- Coordinate with Project Team in new projects in the installation, commissioning and conduct training for customers.
- Make drawing, calculate, purchase materials, equipment ETC. for maintenance and service works.
- Take lead in cost savings and best use of many decisions of operation of maintenance.
- Be the job coach for new Treatment Operators.
- Perform annual performance appraisal of Treatment Operators.
- Other tasks as required by the Project Leader.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree qualification in Electrical/Automative Engineering or equivalent related discipline.
- Hands-on experience in technical service or maintenance with at least 4-5 years.
- Experience in installing controlled system, PLC Siemens S7-1200 and repairing for air compressor, dryer, humidifier and sensors is a plus.
- Be able to communicate in English (both writing & speaking).
- Experience in managing a team is a plus.
- Knowledge of customer service.
