Mô tả công việc
- Manage supplier contracts and agreements to ensure compliance and timely delivery of goods.
- Coordinate shipping instructions with supply chain & logistic team, operations team, supplier, and vendors to ensure accurate and timely shipment of products.
- Liaise with forwarders to organize transportation and logistics operations efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and other vendors to maintain strong relationships and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Send shipping instructions to third-party inspection companies and coordinate inspections as needed.
- Arrange samples for testing, evaluation, and various other purposes as required.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in logistics and supply chain management to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding logistics and operations-related inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate with the factory to address any issues or delays that may arise that may impact supply chain operations.
- Complete any additional tasks assigned by the Head of Operations to support the overall supply chain and operations functions.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with suppliers, forwarders, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and supply chain best practices is a plus.
