Mô tả công việc
Specific accountabilities:
- Daily support and follow instructions from Customer Service team leader/ supervisor/ manager to support warehouse operational inbound and outbound activities.
- Coordinate with related parties to ensure that daily operations are smooth & effective.
- Coordinate with warehouse & transportation teams to prepare required documents for shipment.
- Follow up the shipment status
- Feedback to customer’s concern in a timely manner and support to solve customer’s issue effectively
- Complete daily reports and send out on time.
- Immediately report ad-hoc issue directly to Customer Service supervisor/manager to be consulted once needed.
- Support internal & external audits by preparing necessary documents.
- Contribute ideas and solutions to lean working process.
- Support to train the assigned fields and record
- Cycle count participant.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Experienced with WMS/SAP is extremely prioritized
- Experienced with import/export process is prioritized.
- College degree or higher. Logistics major is prioritized.
- Equivalent to IELTS 5.0 or TOEIC 750
