Purchasing Staff

·        Have at least 03 years’ experience in the role of Purchasing/procurement or related executive for a foreign-invested company.

·        Thoroughly understand the whole procedure of the manufacturing environment.

·        Proficient in using office tools: Outlook, MS offices (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

·        Proficient in using soft skills, be able to read, understand and create technical drawings for processes.

·        Problems solving and analytical skills – able to analyses data and information from different areas of the business and come up with a summarized conclusion and discussion.

·        Teamwork skills – able to work in a team and confidently to show opinions.

Be able to communicate in English in manufacturing with the headquarter

QUALIFICATION:

·        Bachelor’s degree is preferably in Technical University, Mechanical Engineer field, Business Administration or any related.

·        Professional with MS Office and Excel high level.

·        Good command of written and spoken English is required.

·        Excellent skill of task self-organization with high responsibility and accuracy

·        Good communication skills and capability of problem-solving and team working.
