Mô tả công việc
- Seeking reliable vendors or suppliers to provide quality goods at reasonable prices
- Work with database to optimize the access to information
- Negotiating prices and contracts. Align with Cost Estimation for competitive price during budgeting/ bidding stage based on market standards/ internal bidding process
- Reviewing technical specifications for materials components, equipment or buildings.
- Determining quantity and timing of deliveries.
- Critical thinking (know how to deal with an issue logically/ on time)
- Collaborative (know how to work with other department flexibly to solve problems)
- Client-Oriented (know how to balance between client’s benefit and company’s capability)
- Proactive (willing to take part and support in cost estimation work when needed)
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Experience required
- 2 years + experience in purchase, preferably in construction field
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written)
- Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Self-starter
- Fluent in English
