Mô tả công việc
- On/ Off line communication with Overseas customer for international sales
- On/ Off line communication with overseas customer for new order & shipment
- On/ Off line communication with factory in Vietnam/Korea/China for shipment
- Manage the PO which issued by Customer and issue the Proforma Invoice
- Submit the order into ERP system (SAP) & request the production to Purchasing team
- Manage the stock level & place an order of some camping products to be needed as a stock
- (Trekking Pole, Headrest, Umbrella)
- Manage the shipment from Vietnam/Korea to Overseas country & checking the production schedule with factory in Vietnam/ Korea/ China
- Manage the collaboration development with development & production team, manage the sample production, review the BOM, offer pricing, Prepare the marketing documents
- Issue the shipping document, Certification Origin, Debit Note, Credit Note and Insurance ETC
- Report the sales order on the Groupware.
- Upload the shipment details into ERP system (SAP)
Yêu cầu công việc
- Require the experience of the same work for at least 2 years.
- Strong knowledge of logistic
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Proficient in basic computer skills mainly Microsoft excel.
- Knowledge of SAP (Preferential condition)
- Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and process mindset.
