Mô tả công việc
[Client Management]
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze market trends.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
[Certification & Compliance Oversight]
- Manage and oversee annual certifications such as BlueSign, GRS, and HIGG.
- Coordinate with customers and laboratories (e.g., SGS, Intertek, BV) to conduct quality testing as per customer requirements.
- Register certifications for recycled products.
- Monitor compliance commitments for all customers (detect and report non-compliance issues, propose solutions, track implementation, and maintain compliance).
- Assist with audits and implement corrective/preventive actions based on results.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Language Skills: Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience with Bluesign, GRS, and/or HIGG certifications, particularly in the textile industry is preffered
