Mô tả công việc
- Receive daily shift handover – check production guarantee conditions.
- Check production parameters based on standard parameters recorded in “Daily parameter.”
- Direct instruct packers to implement & maintain hygiene during the working time. Regularly monitor & remind compliance with GMP & HACCP regulations.
- Perform daily cleaning according to the instructions of the Production Manager/Supervisor/Team leader.
- Monitor, inspect the bond and take responsibility for the quality of the products in myself working shift.
- Instruct packers to follow the correct order & work operations: prepare bags, cartons, straps, scales, pack and paste product packing slips.
- Instruct packer on how to check the bond & detect defects of the product.
- Report to the shift leader the problems when the QC department confirms that the product does not meet the quality standards.
- Coordinate with shift leader to adjust operating parameters within the allowable range.
- Coordinate with QC staff to perform handover procedures and import finished products into warehouse.
- Fully update records & production statistics – make production reports at the end of the shift.
- Coordinate with inventory keeper to plan to handover & re-import unused raw materials to warehouse due to change in production plan.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education: Colleges, Vocational
- At least 1 year of experience in maintenance machinery and equipment
- Knowledge of machinery and equipment, understanding of ISO, HACCP system
- Communication skills: speak and write fluently in Vietnamese.
- Communicate, present smoothly, coherently the messages to listeners.
- Ready to work overtime at the request of the company.
- The ability to quickly identify and calculate items
