Mô tả công việc
- Job Posting & Sourcing Candidates.
- Screen candidate profiles to match recruitment requirements.
- Organize and conduct candidate interviews
- Evaluate candidates and make recruitment recommendations.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidate sources.
- Perform periodic recruitment reports.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Have experience in the recruitment field.
- Fluent in English
- Hardworking and able to work under high pressure.
- Creative, and proactive in the job.
- Proficient in office informatics Word, Excel, accounting software
Quyền lợi
- Salary 10,000,000 – 13,000,000 VND.
