Mô tả công việc
- Conduct internal periodical Labor assessment (SLCP) at factories to find out non-compliance issues
- Assist the factories in annual assessment by Brands & 3RD party. IT includes guiding, interview, supervising, consulting, completed Pre –audit questionnaire, following outstanding issues until finished corrective actions.
- Consult & guide factories about the implementation and application of VN laws and Buyers’ standards.
- Other assignments by management

- Having background in HRM or Law
- Having experience in HR or Labor Compliance Audit for at least 2 years
- Willing to go on business in western provinces (Tiền Giang, Bến Tre, Vĩnh Long, & Cần Thơ)
- Having knowlege of SLCP, Nike CLS, SA 8000 is a plus

The principal activity of SIG is the manufacture of international renowned branded sports and leisure outerwear garments. Currently, we have 11 manufacturing facilities consisting of 2 In Malaysia and 9 in Vietnam.
