Compensation and benefits:
- Process monthly payroll to ensure the payroll is prepared timely, accurately and complied with legal regulations and company procedures, and other C&B related tasks
- Frequently update legal basis related to the field and communicate to General Manager
- Assist in PIT declaration and finalization
- Manage all employees’ labour contracts
- Manage employees’ personnel data system and filing.
HR Administration:
- Handle visa applications, accommodations, flight bookings, ETC.
- Play a key role in communicating and promoting the company culture
- Participate as the team member in the strategic projects and initiatives
- Cooperate with GM to manage entry and exit procedures such as on-boarding and off-boarding
- Prepare and follow up on employment contracts, probation results, contract modifications and terminations
- Support employees insurance related tasks such as renewing insurance contracts, updating employee list to insurance companies
- Maintain employee records and personal files, including the maintenance of HR internal system databases
- Organize company events such as company trip, company dinners and other internal employee motivation events
- Organize yearly health check-up program
- Update company policies and HR procedures onto the intranet as requested from GM- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports to GM and /or the headquarter
Recruitment:
- Support Talent acquisition team in recruiting new talent
- Support the on-boarding process for new talents from start to finish
- Work closely together with our recruitment and administration teams
Learning and Development:
- Coordinate with GM to organize training programs and conference attendance for employees
- Take part in complex, global and local HR projects, such as process improvements, HR system implementation and development, engagement and motivation programs as requested from BOD
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 2 years of experience in HR operation, C&B - specially in payroll
- Bachelor with Human Resources or Business Administration related
- Familiar with the labor laws and tax laws of Vietnam
- Solid knowledge of C&B, human resources processes and procedures
- Good written and oral communication skills both in English and Vietnamese
- Ability to work collaboratively and professionally with local and remote teams
- Professional knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- A positive and team-oriented attitude
- A sense of responsibility and ownership for tasks
- The ability to work with a diverse set of people
