Mô tả công việc
- Perform an internal audit of HSE&S for all factories
- Preparing related records, documents before auditors or local authorities coming (Higg FEM, GOTS, GRS, SLCP, Environmental License, … )
- Support training on Health - Safety - Environment for all employees periodically for all factory workers and groups as required by law: Groups I, II, III, V, VI, First Aid Team …
- Plan and implement periodic provision of PPEs for all employees.
- Monitor measuring checking surroundings.
- Plan and implement periodic drinking water testing, wastewater testing
- Implement periodic health and occupational disease checks for all employees (Twice a year).
- Implement training Safe, Heath and Environment for new employees
- Monitor and perform the inspection of machines with strict requirements on labor safety. Statistical list of machinery and equipment with strict requirements. To register the use of machinery and equipment with strict requirements when new machinery and equipment as required by law.
- Investigating and reporting occupational accidents, the causes and recommend remedial action. Set up a book to monitor the situation of occupational accidents. Report Occupational Safety and occupational accidents annually as prescribed. Keep record.
- Update SDS/ MSDS and Vietnamese lable for chemicals.
- Support organizing drills to respond to fire, explosion and chemical spill incidents
Yêu cầu công việc
- HSE: Graduated from the University major environment, good at English, female
- Experience with textile testing methods, analysis, and reporting
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
