Job Description-Sales Manager
1.**Customer Maintenance:**
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing customers, conduct regular follow-ups to
understand customer needs and provide solutions.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain good communication with customers, follow up on orders and project progress to ensure
customer requirements are met.
2.**Market Analysis:**
- Collect and analyze market data, research market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor
dynamics.
- Develop market research plans, conduct market research, generate analysis reports, and provide
improvement suggestions.
- Use data analysis tools to monitor market activity effectiveness and optimize marketing strategies.
3: **Sales Support:**
- Assist the sales team in developing sales strategies and plans, providing market information and
support.
- Analyze sales data, create sales forecasts and targets, monitor sales performance, and make
adjustments as needed.
- Participate in sales training to enhance the team's marketing skills and product knowledge.6.
4**Order Management:**
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on customer feedback to ensure
smooth order fulfillment.
- Follow up production status, ensure smooth progress of all stages (e.g., production,
transportation, customs clearance) for timely delivery.
- Update and maintain order information, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order tracking and
coordination.
5: **After-Sales Service:**
- Handle customer complaints and after-sales issues, providing professional solutions to maintain
company reputation and customer relationships.
- Collect customer feedback to continuously improve products and services, enhancing customer
satisfaction.
6.**Other Duties:**
- Participate in internal training and meetings to continuously improve professional capabilities and
comprehensive qualities.
- Collaborate closely with other departments (e.g., production, procurement, quality control) to
ensure smooth foreign trade operations.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Yêu cầu công việc
**Requirements:**
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, or related
fields preferred.
2. At least 3 years of relevant marketing or foreign trade experience, with experience in the home
textiles or home goods industry preferred.
3. Familiar with overseas and local markets, with rich experience in market development and
customer management.
4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong team spirit, and ability to adapt to a fast-
paced work environment.
5. Proficient in using marketing tools and office software, with strong data analysis skills.
6. Fluent in English, and Chinese, with strong writing and speaking skills;
