Content Creation and Strategy:
Conduct research and market research
Create written content and designs, tailored to specific audiences and trending topics
Develop a systematic and scalable content marketing strategy
Identify opportunities for repurposing content and scaling the process
Content Management and Distribution:
Deploy on-page and off-page SEO strategies
Maintain the editorial calendar
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content meets guidelines
Distribute content across all marketing channels
Performance Monitoring and Learning:
Manage agencies and partners
Monitor and assess content marketing performance through analytics platforms
Stay updated on content marketing and digital trends
Daily Tasks Focus:
Planning: Collaborate with marcom leads and Digital Customer Experience Lead to create content strategy and calendar
Production: Develop content for various formats and platforms including website, social media, gated content, and video content
Data Analytics: Collect and interpret data to understand target consumers and their content preferences, influencing the overall marketing strategy.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education:University degrees in Business/Marketing/Communications or other related field
Job Related Experience: 3+ years experience in digital customer experience, digital marketing management, content strategy development & production
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Good knowledge of digital platforms (Paid/ Owned/ Earned)
- Strong experience with social media
- Strong experience with design/Video making applications
- Well-developed understanding of data analysis as well as website metrics
