As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting our events and talents, increasing brand awareness, and driving audience engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to reach target audiences effectively.

Key Responsibilities: Content Creation and Social Media Management (70%):
● Create compelling and engaging content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
● Collaborate with the design team to ensure visually appealing and on-brand content.
● Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
● Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
● Proficient in making plans and proposals for projects (Canva/Power Points...).
● Ability to create ideas and media content for music and entertainment projects.
Prepare regular reports and present findings to management, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. Others (30%):
● Contribute to the development of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
● Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
● Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth
● Event Coordination
● Other duties assigned by superiors
Yêu cầu công việc
• University degree in marketing, communications, or related fields
• Have at least 1-2 years in a similar position. Understanding DSPs is a plus.
• Have experience running Marketing on all platforms, with priority given to experience implementing on local publisher platforms
• Have experience running Marketing on social platforms, Google, Facebook, Tik Tok & another social.
• Data Driven, Data Analytics
• Strong knowledge of the music industry is a must.
• Good communication, teamwork building skills and time management skills.
