Mô tả công việc
- Write compelling content for targeted audiences, tailored to different platforms: website, social media, email marketing, digital ads, print, press, blogs, newsletters, and other sales and marketing materials.
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies tailored to each client’s goals and brand directions, such as brand storytelling, engagement, and driving sales.
- Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and goal alignment. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative content ideas and campaigns.
- Conduct research to understand consumer behaviour and decision-making processes; stay up-to-date with content marketing trends and latest news in the FMCG sector to keep content fresh, effective, and relevant.
- Proofread and edit existing content. Consistently optimise content and strategy based on feedback, analytics, and relevant KPIs.
- Meet deadlines and participate in different projects as assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Proven experience as a Content Copywriter: 2-3 years of professional experience in creative writing, journalism or content marketing preferred
- Strong creative writing skills demonstrated through a portfolio of work
- Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and SEO best practices
- Excellent written skills both in Vietnamese and English
- High attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering quality work and meeting deadlines
- Can-do attitude, eager to learn and adapt quickly to changing priorities and emerging trends
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with teams and clients
- Experience working in e-commerce or with global brands is a plus
