Mô tả công việc
- Create contents and list HQa and HQs products on e-commerce platforms such as eBay, Reverb, and Amazon….
- Provide support to current customers and propose solutions to attract and develop a new customers base in the U.S. market (targeting Vietnamese, Chinese, Korean, Japanese communities, etc.);
- Join social media groups of the Vietnamese community in the U.S. Collaborate with Brand Marketing team in creating contents and encouraging TOM ORG employees to interact;
- Report and propose solutions for issues related to the company's products and services.;
- Be responsible for monitoring and reporting on order & product lists, customer feedbacks, and reviews on e-commerce platforms;
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new opportunities and contribute to promotional activities;
- Collaborate with relevant departments to promptly and effectively address and resolve customer issues;
- Collaborate with other departments on assigned tasks and responsibilities;
- Regularly monitor the supply-demand fluctuations of products in the market. Propose policies and ideas for the company's business plan;
- Carry out regular reporting as required by the Department Head and the Company's BOD;
- Perform other related tasks as required by the BOD
Yêu cầu công việc
Sex: Female hoặc LGBT
Age: Over 22 yrs
Education: Associate's/Bachelor's degree in fields related to economics, marketing, ETC
Expertise: Graduated in Business Administration, Communications, International Relations, ETC
Computer: Proficient in using foreign language translation tools
Foreign language: English reading and writing skills
Experience:
- 1 year of experience or recent graduate
- Experience in online sales, customer service, and marketing is a plus
Skills required:
- Strong communication, listening, and quick response skills.
- Problem-solving skills
Required attitudes/qualities: Able to work independently and in teams, with good problem analysis and communication skills
Appearance: Quick learner. good looking
Health: Good
Permanent residence: No specific requirements
