Conduct research to identify new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Build own sales plan and list of potential clients, including quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales plans.
Sales Execution:
Conduct research and build effective approach strategies for each strategic client.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Manage effectively the sales process through prospect development, proposal, presentation and closing negotiations to achieve company goals.
Business Development program optimization:
Share constructive feedback to the managers/directors to continuously improve the BD process.
Support the managers to build and upgrade sales materials (e.g. Sales script, Email templates, Communication flows, ETC.)
Yêu cầu công việc
At least 1 years of successful sales experience in professional B2B environments, e-commerce & Digital experience preferred
Fluency in English is a plus
Having knowledge of Digital, and e-commerce is a plus
Strong client service mindset, always put the client first
Strong problem solving and research skills
Strong relationship and networking skills
Strong interpersonal, communication, persuasion, analytical and management skills
Driven, self-motivated, can-do attitude, bring optimism and positive energy to the team
