Mô tả công việc
We are looking for legal assistants to assist attorneys. Legal assistants' responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Communicating with potential and current clients
- Drafting correspondence to clients
- Calendaring legal deadlines and set reminders for attorneys
- Scanning and filing documents
- Preparing and e-file court forms
- Transcribing legal documents
- Tracking case costs
- Performing various other tasks to provide support to attorneys
- Performing various administrative tasks
Yêu cầu công việc
- Candidates must speak, write, and read English competently (we will test your English proficiency)
- One of the following qualifications are preferred (but not required):
- English major;
- IELTS 6.0+, TOEFL iBT 90+, or equivalent
- Use English daily at a previous job for over 6 months (such as people who worked as tour guides);
- One of the following qualifications are preferred (but not required):
- Be able to work nigh shift (1 AM to 9:30 AM, with a 30-minute mid-shift break)
- Must have a computer and reliable internet connection
Quyền lợi
- Lương full-time từ 20tr/tháng đến 22.5tr/tháng
- Year-end bonus based on performance
