Mô tả công việc
1, Daily Tasks
- Collect, proceed and store all accounting data and documents.
- Verify the validity of accounting documents and invoice before booking.
- Review orders and payment requests before processing payment to ensure compliance with company’s policies.
- Issue invoice.
2, Monthly Tasks
- Cash flow tracking and internal reporting to BOD.
- Prepare business invoices in compliance with company and tax authority requirements.
3, Quarterly Tasks
- Prepare and submit related tax reports needed.
4, Yearly Tasks
- Submit financial statement, PIT declaration
5, Payroll & Other Tasks
- Compute monthly payroll, Social - Medical - Unemployment Insurance (SMUI), Personal Income Tax (PIT), allowances, and bonuses as per the company policies.
- Other tasks are assigned by the Line Manager and BODs.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration or related field.
- Have 2+ years of experience in accounting with at least 1 year working at a Logistics(Transportation) company.
- Have effective communication, critical thinking, and ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Candidates with experience in the logistics industry are an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint…
- Enthusiastic and proactive and positive attitude
- High sense of responsibility and detail.
- Able to work under high pressure and tight deadlines
- English communication is a plus.
- Write and submit application in English
