Mô tả công việc
• Developed the overall delivery plan for the mobile robot project, monitored progress, and corrected deviations in a timely manner.
• Led on-site project delivery, providing customers with AGV on-site implementation and technical support services.
• Monitored, reported, and coordinated the resolution of on-site product and technical issues, promptly resolving customers' technical problems and identifying and managing project risks.
• Provided training and support to customers on technical parameters, product performance, and operations according to their needs.
• Collaborated with regional sales teams, responsible for pre-sale functional demonstrations, technical communication, competitive analysis, and handling installation, testing, and abnormal issues during/after product sales.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical and Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or Related Fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in operating AGVs or other automation systems.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (HSK 2- HSK 3)
