Mô tả công việc
• Receive reservations from OTA channels, hotline, email, social network
• Consult customers about the company‘s products
• Arrange extra services, prepare special requests accommodating guests
• Manage the list of guests coming and going, making daily revenue reports
Yêu cầu công việc
• Fluent in English, have experience in the service industry
• Work in shifts, with rotating shifts, Morning Shift (6:00 – 14:00) – Afternoon Shift (14:00 – 22:-00)
• Able to work under high pressure and have a sense of responsibility
