Mô tả công việc
- Manage daily bookkeeping for all revenues and expenses to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Perform bank and cash reconciliations.
- A/R (Accounts Receivable) and A/P (Accounts Payable) management and reconciliation
- Issue and manage output invoices
- Prepare monthly payroll for clients’ employees and Social, health and unemployment insurance tracking
- Prepare PIT (Personal Income Tax) and VAT reports.
- Coordinate with auditors as needed.
- Communicate directly with clients in both English and Vietnamese regarding daily tasks.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 1 year of accounting experience
- Good knowledge of tax and accounting regulation and accounting procedures
- University qualification in economics/finance or accounting
- Having experience with Tax accountant under Vietnam Tax Law is a plus
- Be good spoken and written English
- Knowledge of Excel plus other accounting software
- Be self-motivated and work well in a team
- Having experience in a consulting firm is a plus
