Mô tả công việc
- Assist for HR Manager in running all activities related to compensation and benefits, ensure the accuracy and compliance.
- Perform payroll processing activities, including compute salary, approved allowances and benefits, overtime payments, calculate and process resignation final payment, deduction in PIT, social insurance…
- Ensure payroll is completed accurately and processed in a timely manner, complied to the laws and internal policies.
- Be responsible Personal Income Tax (PIT), PIT report, registration the dependents for Employees and other statutory reports for relevant authorities.
- Monitor and update data on increase and decrease of social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance payment as policies/ laws correctly and properly.
- Handle HR operations and benefits administration including medical insurance, personal accident insurance as well as expatriate benefits administration.
- Well control all other activities in term of payroll, labor contracts, contract appendix, policies and benefits, annual leave, timesheets, resignation or promotional decision internal and external labor report,
- Process Work Permit for expats.
- Oversee HR events and meeting and coordinating management-employee communications.
- Participate in implementing teams projects & initiatives.
- Other tasks assigned by HR Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits.
- Experience in working with auditors, local authorities.
- Possesses solid knowledge of labor laws.
- Proficient in major software especially Microsoft Excel.
- English: writing, speaking, listening.
- Personal Characteristics:
- Integrity, proactive and ability to multi-task.
- High level of responsibility.
- Careful and high accuracy in database/ payrolls. Attention to details of database.

- Create Slogan, Tagline, Headline
- Create clear and persuasive key selling point in marketing materials
- Develop strategies, ideas and content for your marketing communications campaigns
- Write press releases, PR articles, produce periodic newsletter to customers.
- Coordinate with customer service department to build content for customers according to each specific goal
- Be responsible for providing, developing entire content for sales & marketing campaigns, branding.
- Perform other tasks according to job requirements: internal PR, seminar events….
Requirement(s)
- University Graduate, major in Journalism, Marketing Communication, PR.
- Have basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research and analysis tools.
- At least 2 years of experience in related work.
- Proficient in English both in speaking and writing.
- Diverse writing styles, creative, flexible, not following the old style.
- Know photoshop is an advantage
- Good at expressing ideas and analyzing semantics
- Hard-working, dynamic, have a high sense of responsibility at work, complete posts on time
- Integrity is highly required.
