Create high quality application and solutions, Analyze requirements, design and develop functionalities based on the project requirements.
Guide and support team members in software development, resolve technical issues, and make critical decisions.
Constantly optimize the product and development process, identify and fix issues, improve stability and availability of product.
Collaborate closely with the sales department to advise, build, and deliver technical solutions that meet customer requirements.
Work on assigned tasks by a Direct Manager as well as coordinating among teams.
Open all level: from Project manager to Division manager or similar

Fluent in verbal and written Japanese or English, at least 2 years experience work with JP client or English Markets
From 5 years of experience in developing webs, web-apps, applications.
Experience managing a team of 5 to 10 members.
Extensive experience with microservices, cloud computing services such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI, ETC.
Leadership skills and the ability to guide a technical team.
Ability to receive requirements directly from clients, then analyze and discuss them with stakeholders for clarification.
Proficient in project estimation and bidding skills.
Deep understanding of project management methods and best practices (e.g. Agile, Waterfall).

Salary up to 60,000,000 vnd + profit share
