Mô tả công việc

+ Manage content on digital platforms (upload, edit, remove) in collaboration with the DevOps team.

+ Assist with platform development projects, including testing new features before launch.

+ Analyze data, create reports, and provide customer insights.

+ Support customers and sales teams with platform issues.

+ Handle administrative tasks such as documentation and emails.

+ Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.

+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or IT.

+ At least 1 year of relevant experience.
