Mô tả công việc
1. Sales & Customer management
- Rental contract (New, Appendix, Renewal, Liquidation)
2. Service charge fee
- Basic fee calculation
- Surcharge fee calculation
- Check & Issue payment request to customers
- Get confirmation from customers then send confirmed documents to accountants to issue invoices
3. Driver service fee payment
- Basic fee finalization(Previous Month) : 3rd day of every month
- Surcharge finalization: 13th day of every month
4. Car purchasing
- Get a quotation of 3 suppliers
- Contract
- RFA to purchase new vehicle
- Payment request
5. Car liquidation
- Get a quotation of 3 buyers or issue the bidding invitation
- Organize bidding
- Contract
6. Insurance
- Contact (New, Renewal)
- Payment insurance fee
7. Outsourcing
- Contract (New, renewal, liquidation, ETC)
- Payment request
- Basic fee (That month)
- Surcharge fee (Previous month)
8. Car parking fee
- Cash advance request
- Payment request
9. Fuel charge
- Payment request fuel charge
10. Manage, arrange, and store all records and contracts (hard copy & soft copy) to ensure scientific, orderly, ready lookup.

1. Qualification & Experience required:
- Qualification: graduated from Economics / Business Administration / Technical
- Experience: at least 1-3 years experience working at the same level/position
2. Knowledge, skills & attitude required
- Knowledgeable: In all administrative management, In controlling and managing
- Skills: communication, carefully, diligently, strong decision making
- Attitude: be strong, pleasure and cooperating
