Mô tả công việc
1. Revenue Recognition:
o Apply revenue recognition principles in accordance with accounting standards.
o Ensure accurate and timely recognition of revenue for various types of transactions, including contracts, sales, and service agreements.
2. Revenue Reporting:
o Prepare and present detailed revenue reports, including daily, weekly, monthly report.
o Assist in the preparation of financial reports for audits, regulatory filings, and internal reviews.
3. Accounting Processes:
o Perform regular reconciliations of revenue accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
o Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Operations, IT, Marketing) to gather necessary data for revenue calculations and reporting.
4. Compliance and Controls:
o Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies related to revenue recognition.
o Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard revenue and prevent discrepancies or fraud.
5. Audit and Internal Controls:
o Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations regarding revenue transactions and recognition.
6. Collaboration and Communication:
o Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including Operations, Marketing and senior management, to address revenue-related issues and inquiries
Yêu cầu công việc
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in revenue accounting or a similar accounting role.
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles (e.g., IFRS 15) and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., FAST)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with F&B industry-specific revenue accounting practices is a plus.
