1. Đưa rước tuyến Tô Ký : Gò Vấp - Tô Ký - KCN Đông Nam

2. Đưa rước tuyến Landmark 81 - Aeon Binh Duong- KCN Đông Nam

Mô tả công việc

• Nhận đơn hàng từ khách hàng hoặc nhân viên bán hàng.

• Quản lý hành chính bộ phận bán hàng.

• Chịu trách nhiệm biên soạn các báo cáo phân tích bán hàng khác nhau theo tiêu chuẩn của công ty.

• Duy trì hệ thống lưu trữ cho các tài liệu bán hàng khác nhau.

• Sắp xếp lịch trình đi lại và nơi lưu trú cho đội ngũ bán hàng.

• Duy trì mối quan hệ tích cực với nhà phân phối, đại lý và các khách hàng nội/ ngoại bộ khác.

• Phối hợp với các đơn hàng của khách hàng.

• Hoàn thành các nhiệm vụ bổ sung theo yêu cầu của cấp trên trực tiếp.

• Chuẩn bị hóa đơn cho khách hàng cũng như phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để giao hàng cho khách hàng.

Yêu cầu công việc

Yêu cầu

- Tiếng anh: Cơ bản (đủ viết báo cáo ngày, tuần…). Tin học tốt

- Có kinh nghiệm Sale Admin ít nhất 1 năm

- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt

- Kỹ năng chăm sóc khách hàng,

- Nhanh nhẹn, chịu khó, nhiệt tình, trung thực

- Có trách nhiệm trong công việc

Quyền lợi

- Làm việc từ thứ 2 - thứ 6 (nghỉ T7, CN)

- Phép năm

- Tham gia bảo hiểm đầy đủ BHXH 100% lương

- Bảo hiểm sức khỏe PVI
