Administrative Officer (Binh Duong)

Facilities, System & Equipment management at canteen area:

Manage the system, quality & service relating to supplying food for employees:

• Manage software – meal function
• Check the using status & condition of canteen facilities & equipment periodically.
• Make report of canteen facilities & equipment stock

Manage the outside Service:

• Manage catering services

Infrastructure improvement at canteen area:

• Follow-up the infrastructure situation & using demand to propose for improvement.
• Work with Construction company for improvement jobs (design, quotation, contract, ETC).
• Supervise the construction jobs relating to improvement infrastructure.

Food safety and hygiene management:

• Periodical check and update the regulation of the Food safety & hygiene management
• Ensure the Food safety & hygiene and meal quality via daily checking
• Control & update SOP management catering service & checklist
• Follow the using and purchasing gas at the canteen
• Report and periodical lunch payment as month
• Double check daily catering reports (meal quantity, quantitative, food sample saving book, food storage cabinet, …)
• Report and make payment of food

Health and Safety management

• Support management first-aid room & first-aid activity

Company (VTC) events & activity (Year-end Party, Christmas Day for Employee’s children, Special day, …):

• Brainstorm & propose organization plan of company events along with other ADM staff, take charge of company decoration in important events.
• Make proposal of program & cost.
• Make arrangement for relating jobs assignment.
• Take charge of recording information (take picture, video and making poster, report & clip, ETC) of company events & activities.

Reception jobs & Others:

• Support to maintain the behavior & hospitality when welcoming Guests, inspectors visit or working (Prepare tea break for guest/Inspection, uniform, locker, other utilities for Guests, Inspectors for visiting tour).
• Manage letter/ document (from outside) sending to Company.
• Manage of room booking & using conditions
