Based on the production plan, coordinate service departments to prepare the best conditions to organize production (equipment, documents, raw materials, semi-finished products, embroidery and printing...).
Balance daily and hourly productivity and performance, ensuring on-time delivery plans.
On behalf of the Board of Directors, resolve difficulties and problems in the production process, ensuring all production activities run smoothly and without congestion.
Report daily work to the Board of Directors.

Have experience in product management
Ability to make and present plans, conduct research, and work independently
Resistant to high pressure, dynamic, responsible and good communication
Good logical and algorithmic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to read and understand specialized English
