Development history
August 6th, 2001
The Prime Minister issued Decision No. 983/QD-TTG approving the investment project of Phu My cold-rolled steel factory invested by Vietnam Steel Corporation.
August 8th, 2001
The Board of Directors of Vietnam Steel Corporation signed Decision No. 1449/2001/QD-TC to establish the Project Management Board of Phu My Flat Steel Factory under the Vietnam Steel Corporation.
December 24, 2003
The Minister of Industry signed Decision No. 228/2003/QD-BCN to establish Phu My Flat Steel Company under the Vietnam Steel Corporation.
July 4th, 2004
The Board of Directors of Vietnam Steel Corporation signed Decision No. 706-QD-T-TC promulgating the temporary charter on finance and contract of Phu My Flat Steel Company – a member unit of Vietnam Steel Corporation
June 8th, 2007
The Board of Directors of Vietnam Steel Corporation signed Decision No. 153/QD-TCLD to establish Phu My Flat Steel Company under the parent company – Vietnam Steel Corporation
October 1, 2011
The Board of Directors of Vietnam Steel Corporation – JSC issued Decision No. 11/QD-VNS to establish Phu My Flat Steel Company – Branch of VN Steel Corporation – Joint Stock Company (JSC);
December 3, 2014
The Board of Directors of the Corporation issued Decision No. 411/QD-VNS to convert Phu My Flat Steel Company – Branch of VN Steel Corporation – JSC into a new operating model, Phu My Sheet Steel One Member Co. Ltd
