Store Manager

• Operate and manage K-Market stores, properly manage assets and goods, and ensure quality customer service.
• Training store staff. Manage employee working time/leave schedule
• Ensure the freshness of fresh goods (vegetables, meat, milk, etc.), try not to run out of goods.
• Check the quantity and quality of goods imported directly from the Supplier.
• Directly check the quantity carefully when importing fresh goods, and return goods when they do not meet warehouse standards (consider returning goods to order more).
• It is necessary to proceed according to the principle of first in - first out with all goods in stock, control of ordering/inventory, expiration date, and hygiene.
• Ensuring hygiene, product diversity, maintaining and managing quality and display status (quality, cleanliness, service, marchandise)
