JOB PURPOSE: To support the implementation of the AREA commercial plan which meets distribution, coverage and volume objectives.
To manage appointed distributors and retailers in the assigned areas to meet distribution and volume objectives
- Implement the area commercial plan that meets the volume objectives of the National Commercial plan and brand strategy.
- Oversee credit management for distributors and key retailers to ensure timely payments to the company.
- Manage the distribution within the area to ensure that availability is maximized in line with brand strategies and the needs of the market.
- Execute local promotional programs to enhance in-store visibility and optimize resource usage for maximum sales performance.
- Ensure all point of sales materials are tidily displayed at the best locations inside the retail outlets.
- Establish close working relationships with the distributors, retailers, and local authorities to gain high levels of support.
- Provide commercial and competitive information and reports on the performance of distributors to ensure that the Area Sales Manager is fully always informed.

1. General Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Effective negotiation skills and selling skills.
- Able to work within a team.
- Able to comprehend and communicate in English.
2. Key Success Factors
- Previous Sales Executives or Supervisors’ experience with water heater category and/ or consumer electronics, home appliances, building materials. Project sales experience is an advantage.
