Mô tả công việc
- Greet and assist customers, providing tailored advice and information about products to enhance their shopping experience.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling techniques and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
- Ensure the sales floor is impeccably presented, including visual merchandising and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store.
- Assist in inventory control, including receiving and restocking merchandise, and conducting regular inventory audits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including follow-ups and personalized outreach to enhance customer loyalty.
- Uphold the brand's image and values by embodying professionalism, discretion, and a passion for luxury.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or high-end retail environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to connect with diverse clientele.
- Passion for luxury brands and a keen eye for style and trends.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Fluency in English, additional language fluency is an advantage
