Mô tả công việc
• Develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Manage and supervise the sales team to achieve sales targets
• Create and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance of the team, ensuring they meet targets
• Train and guide the sales team on product knowledge and selling skills
• Assist customers throughout the purchasing process and resolve any issues that arise
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
• Report sales results to management and propose improvement solutions
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
- Experience: At least 1 years of sales experience in the furniture manufacturing industry
- Language: Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Presentation Skills: Ability to present information clearly to customers and team members
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively under pressure
- Team Building: Ability to build and lead a cohesive sales team
- Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and solving problems
- Adaptability: Flexible to changing market conditions and priorities
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to drive sales results and lead a team
- Communication: Ability to explain complex ideas in a simple and understandable manner
- Coaching: Ability to train and develop team members to improve performance
