Mô tả công việc

  1. Brand Strategy & Identity
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with business goals.
    • Shape and maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms.
    • Ensure the brand resonates with the mom and baby audience, building emotional connections.
  2. Integrated Marketing & Campaign Management
    • Plan, execute, and monitor 360-degree marketing campaigns (digital, offline, and retail).
    • Manage budget allocation and ensure ROI across marketing initiatives.
    • Collaborate with e-commerce teams to align campaigns with online sales strategies.
  3. KOL/Influencer & Partnership Management
    • Identify and establish partnerships with KOLs, influencers, and celebrities who align with the brand's values.
    • Foster relationships with hospitals, maternity clinics, parenting organizations, and event organizers.
    • Oversee seeding campaigns and measure their effectiveness in driving awareness and sales.
  4. Consumer Insights & Market Research
    • Conduct customer surveys, focus groups, and interviews to deeply understand consumer behavior.
    • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
    • Use data to inform product positioning, packaging, and marketing decisions.
  5. Content Direction & Storytelling
    • Define the content strategy to deliver compelling and relevant messaging to moms and families.
    • Oversee the creation of social media posts, blogs, videos, and other digital assets.
    • Ensure content aligns with the brand’s mission to educate, inspire, and engage moms.
  6. Retail & Trade Marketing Support
    • Collaborate with retailers to drive in-store activations, promotions, and merchandising.
    • Develop POSM (Point of Sale Materials) to enhance brand visibility in physical stores.
    • Work closely with sales teams to support B2B relationships with key retail partners.
  7. Entrepreneurial Execution
    • Be a hands-on contributor in every stage of brand-building, from idea generation to execution.
    • Navigate challenges with creativity and resourcefulness, taking ownership of results.
    • Act as the "face of the brand" when engaging with partners, KOLs, and events.
  8. Team Leadership & Collaboration
    • Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and operations.
    • Report directly to senior management with campaign updates, insights, and recommendations.
  9. Events & Activations
    • Plan and execute brand activations at mom and baby fairs, pop-ups, and other relevant events.
    • Coordinate logistics, partnerships, and promotional materials for events.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in brand management, ideally in FMCG or mom and baby products.
  • Proven track record in leading marketing campaigns, managing partnerships, and building brands.
  • A mom who understands the nuances of the target audience and can bring authentic insights.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in digital marketing, including social media management and influencer collaborations.
  • Data-driven with the ability to interpret analytics and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Knowledge of the Vietnamese mom and baby market is a strong advantage.
