Mô tả công việc
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage business
- Manage extensive and complex market research and analysis projects
- Develop Sales and implement business plans, marketing strategies.
- Maintain growth opportunity pipelines, customers/ suppliers visits.
- Work with potential customers to understand their strategic initiatives and needs, effectively communicate to the internal management team, and assist in formulating solutions utilizing a consultative sales approach
- Collaborate with sales team and relevant departments effectively.
Yêu cầu công việc
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Knowledge of raw ingredients in Coatings/Paintings/Rubber/Plastics
- 1-2 years of selling experience in the industrial raw materials. (open for fresh graduates)
- Communication/Interpersonal skills
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Can use English in both verbal and written.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or relevant major.
