Mô tả công việc
1. Executive Lead - Support the CEO to deliver a high quality service for our sports Club and other projects
- Project management, problem solving, and multi-media presentation skills are critical.This position is very fast-paced, specifically designed for individuals comfortable with multi-tasking, and enjoys learning and developing in many different areas. This role requires fluency in both English and Vietnamese and ability to translate and interpret documents
2. Business Management
- Develop a plan to ensure all courts are utilized as per KPis and initiatives are targeted for peak and no peak
- Develop up alternative revenue streams such as pro-shop,
- Work with the Business Development Manager to develop programs with businesses and community groups to develop the sports communities
- Support the coaches in planning tournaments and events for each sport
- Marketing and Promotion of the courts to various markets
3. Operations
- Support the commencement and opening of this new high quality service
- Lead and manage all services related to the courts and site operations for high quality offering for clients
- Coordinate events and activities for the community
- Support Pro shop services, ensuring seamless integration with other site offerings.
- Oversee maintenance and ensure the site remains in excellent condition at all times.
- Solve problems relating to the experience for customers such as cleanliness, and other operational matters
- Ensure all safety matters are addressed and lead a culture of safety
4. Customer Services
- Develop and enhance the community experience by fostering a customer service-driven culture.
- Seek feedback from customers and respond to ensure a quality experience
- Schedule and coordinate coaching sessions and other activities to enhance the customer experience.
- Lead a diverse team and develop up plans to improvement and implement solutions to improve customer experience.
- Ensure timely response to all customers enquires
5. Programs and Event Coordination
- Be the lead to coordinate events at the site not limited to tournaments, leagues, team building and community events
- Ensure all events are of a high quality and standard
- Ensure programs are running smoothly and supporting the coaches and other parties to be successful in their roles
Yêu cầu công việc
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in managing operations and enhancing community experiences.
- General Management experience with customer service focus
- Experience in sports is desirable but an necessary
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to solve problems and come up with solutions
- High proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
- Ability to work independently and handle operational challenges calmly.
- Experience working with an international company is preferred.

- Salary: starting salary 25-35 mil vnd - dependent on experience
- KPI Incentives to be agreed after probation period passed
