JOB PURPOSE
To plan and control regional project sales activities to achieve, and possibly exceed sales volume, sales value, and contribution target at the optimal profitability for company project products.
1. Customer relations
- Conduct regular visits to customers within the assigned territory to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Establish connections with key decision-makers to facilitate successful sales outcomes.
- Monitor and promote the use of service offerings among the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Sales Performance
- Achieve high winning rates and profitable sales across targeted projects.
- Ensure adherence to project prioritization rules to optimize focus and resources.
- Collaborate with the Project Sales Manager on business proposals, ensuring all offers are thoroughly vetted before submission to the National Sales Manager for approval.
3. Market Intelligence
- Gather and analyze competitor information from the sales team to provide insights to the National Project Sales Manager, along with suggested strategies for competitive positioning.
- Promote and sell high-margin products to maximize profitability for the company.
4. Pipeline Management
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline with potential projects, tracking their status and progress in the assigned area.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports, monthly sales forecasts, and other necessary documentation as requested.

1. General Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Effective negotiation skills and selling skills;
- Able to work within a team;
- Able to comprehend and communicate in English.
2. Key Success Factors
- Previous Sales Executives or Supervisors’ experience with the water heater category and/ or consumer electronics, home appliances, and building materials. Project sales experience is an advantage

- Base salary upto 25M + incentive + bonus/year.
