Mô tả công việc
• Identify and approach potential HORECA clients, building strong business relationships.
• Present and promote our specialty-grade, masterfully roasted coffee to decision-makers.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our client base.
• Work closely with our roasting team to understand and communicate the unique qualities of our beans.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with premium coffee-focused businesses.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Experience in HORECA sales, preferably in coffee, F&B, or related industries.
• A strong network of contacts in hotels, restaurants, and specialty cafés.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Passion for high-quality coffee and the ability to convey its value.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
